Our beginners yoga classes focus on building body awareness and developing your practice with steadiness, ease and confidence. Allowing you time to find your own way from one position to the next as suits you and your range of movement. 

Beginners classes are fantastic if you are new or returning to yoga, if you have limited range of mobility, or if you like to focus on getting deep into individual poses.
