The full circle practice offers the invitation to immerse into a steady, invigorating and relaxing session of movement, pranayama, and meditation. 
Expect to begin the class with a centering practice to encourage a calm state, we will steadily build energy and focus, workshopping traditional asana and breathing techniques and bring it back home with grounding stretches and a beautiful long savasana. Sure to be the highlight of your month.
