A session of nurturing for parents and babies, come along and experience gentle movement, social time and relaxation in a caring and casual environment. Bring your babies as they are, you can feed and change whenever you need, no previous yoga experience required. 
Please note we have a stairway entrance so cannot accomodate prams, you may like to bring babies up in a carrier. BYO bunny rug for your baby.
